We followed a beach club from the moment the umbrellas open to the moment the till closes. This is what Arenile does, hour by hour.

The beach opens
The lifeguard opens the umbrellas and the day map is already waiting at the desk: every spot has its colour, free, booked, to collect or season pass. Tap one to see who is coming, for how many days and what is still to pay.

You draw the beach once
In the editor you drag umbrellas, sunbeds, gazebos, walkways and facilities from the Coste360.it kit. One command lays out a whole numbered row, then you group spots into zones and set up the sunbeds without a fixed spot that you sell by quantity.

Arrivals at the desk
The Today page shows who is arriving, who is already in and who still owes. At the desk you create a booking in a few steps, priced from your list. The season calendar shows every spot day by day, and every guest has a card with their history.

Someone books while you have lunch
The booking page sits inside your own website, in your colours. Guests pick their days, then a spot on the map, a zone or just the number of sunbeds, as you decide. They pay by card through Stripe, into your account, and get an email with a QR code, a calendar file and a link to manage the booking. Arenile keeps nothing.

The third-row pass holder is away today
They message to say they are not coming. You release their spot for the day and resell it from the map: if someone takes it, the pass holder earns a credit. Balances and credits for the whole season sit in one list. At the end of the season you offer renewals with first refusal, people on the waiting list get offered the free spots and credits carry over to next season.

Closing the till
You count the cash, Arenile tells you what should be there and records any difference. The VAT summary exports for your accountant, and reports compare the day and the season with last year.

What works behind the day
Guests and GDPR
Every guest has a card: bookings, season passes, credits and marketing consent. From there you export their data or anonymise it on request.
Team and roles
Everyone signs in with their own account and one of five roles: owner, manager, cashier, beach staff, read only. Every change to a booking stays in the history.
Works offline too
If the line drops, the panel keeps showing the map and queues check-ins, notes and cash payments. With a computer at the beach club, Arenile does not depend on the internet. With the desktop app, staff tablets and phones connect over the beach club Wi-Fi.

API keys and webhooks
With API keys and webhooks, Arenile can tell other programs when a booking arrives or changes. Your technician finds the details in the docs.
